It is a creation of Navajo silversmith Leonard Jim.
The pendant measures 1 1/8 by 2 1/8 inches including bail.

It comes on an artisan made blue apatite bead necklace with sterling silver S clasp.
This necklace measures 3/16 of an inch wide and is 18 inches from end to end.
Both pieces are in excellent condition.
