Due to the prompt packaging and shipping services I provide, I do not accept cancellation requests.
AS IS:
Please note that all of the antique, vintage, and estate items sold here at Bejeweled Emporium are sold "as is." Unless otherwise stated in the listing, these items are not new and have been worn and loved by their previous owners. They will show normal wear.
Items in photographs may be larger or smaller in actuality. The photographs do not represent true size. Please check the description for physical dimensions and message me if you have any questions.
Colors in photographs may be darker or lighter depending on monitor calibration and the type of technology used for viewing.
Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:
1. You must contact me within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 7 business days for US purchases and within 30 days for international.
2. Items must be returned via the original shipping method with tracking and insurance. Lost or damaged returns will not be refunded. Non-insured packages will be returned to the sender.
3. The item must be in its original condition, unworn & unaltered.
4. Layaway purchases are non-returnable.
5. Earrings and jewelry with inlay are non-returnable.
6. Items purchased at a sale / discounted price are non-returnable.
7. Unauthorized returns are not accepted and will be refused.
8. Tamper-proof warranty tags must be intact.
9. Return shipping charges are nonrefundable. Refunds may reflect the purchase price minus original shipping charges.
Return Security
Multiple and additional photos are taken of every item before sale and before shipping. In many cases, I video the packaging process so that we are both protected if an insurance claim becomes necessary. I am also able to positively identify any damages or differences to an item after shipment for this reason.
This helps assure that you receive the item that I sent in the same condition as advertised, and helps assure that if there are any problems, I receive insurance claim reimbursement by being able to prove that the item was sent in good condition.
Clear, unaltered photos may be requested before a return agreement is made.

This Privacy Policy describes how, what, and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services.
Information I Collect:
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information such as your name, email address, mailing address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for example, for a custom order) if you contact me directly.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It:
I rely on several legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
~ as needed to provide my services - to fulfill your order, settle disputes, locate missing or delayed packages, or provide customer support;
~ when you have consented to additional contact, which you may revoke at any time
~ if necessary, to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
as necessary for my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services.

Certain customer information is necessary for my business. I may share your personal information in the following circumstances:
~ Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as shipping & delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
~ Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
~ Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal processes or government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms, and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
Data Retention:
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following period: 7 years.
Your Rights:
~ Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
~ Change, restrict, delete. You may also have the right to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
~ Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
